The Talent Working Group aims to train, recruit, and retain young talent in Licking County, Ohio. Recognizing that a talented young force drives economic and cultural growth, this group is working to provide young talent with an ideal atmosphere for young singles and families. This group also works to inform young people of the numerous assets in Licking County, striving to educate all high school and college students on the value of living and working in Licking County.
